What you will do:
- Build and evolve services that capture and process meeting audio, video, and real-time events.
- Design reliable systems across changing network conditions and third-party APIs.
- Develop tooling and observability to detect and resolve complex recording failures.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with production-critical systems and strong Python skills.
- Deep use of AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
