About the Role:
- Assist the Clinical Quality leadership team with high-visibility projects and critical operational infrastructure.
- Support clinical quality workflows and gain hands-on experience in quality systems and operational planning.
- This is a 3-month internship running from August through November.
What You'll Work On:
- Lead an end-to-end overhaul of the provider resource library, including auditing, taxonomy reorganization, and content refresh.
- Develop an operations playbook for FY engagement sessions with templates and checklists.
- Provide weekly operational support including triaging JIRA and Zendesk tickets and preparing monthly reports.
What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience in clinical settings, healthcare administration, or public health research.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, JIRA, and Zendesk; strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
