What you’ll do:
- Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval including H-1B, I-140, I-485, and client-relevant NIV/IV.
- Perform client management and consult for Small Business clients, guiding them through processes.
- Provide support and leadership to assigned team(s) and mentor paralegals.
What you bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admittance to the State Bar.
- 4-7 years of related experience with proficiency in PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with tech-savviness in case processing software.
