Job Description
This role is the executional lead for product launches, internal readiness, and GTM asset development—connecting the dots between what we build, how we communicate it, and how it drives revenue. As the bridge between Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing, you’ll be the strategic mind and the tactical engine behind launches. You’ll work with the rest of the product marketing team to execute focused strategies across Product-Led and Sales-Led motions.

You know how to turn product updates into clear customer value, and you’re confident managing timelines, coordinating teams, and reviewing tactical deliverables. Lead GTM execution for product launches, from planning through post-launch analysis. Collaborate with Product to align roadmap priorities with GTM needs. Manage launch timelines, cross-functional coordination, and internal readiness. Delegate and oversee tactical execution across PLG and SLG PMM Specialists. Review assets including sales collateral, onboarding content, and lifecycle campaigns. Monitor launch and adoption performance, and continuously improve GTM processes. Support strategic initiatives alongside the Sr. PMM, including positioning, research, and competitive insights.
