Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver voluntary, virtual technical assistance to MIECHV awardees on data, performance measures, and CQI strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and HRSA project officers to provide high-quality, comprehensive support.
  • Co-lead communities of practice and contribute to universal TA products like webinars and written guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience, including at least three years providing direct technical assistance.
  • Proven experience in needs assessments, group facilitation, and applying consultative and continuous quality improvement methods.
  • Experience working with local/state public health professionals to improve home visiting services.
