What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers, driving value while minimizing churn.
  • Proactively engaging customers in regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Working closely with customers during trial periods, refining forecasts based on feedback.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Strong Net Dollar Retention (110%+) for accounts in your portfolio.
  • Engaging proactively with each customer to generate expansion leads.
  • Building strong relationships with customers based on trust and a consultative approach.

We Think This Role Would Be a Great Fit If:

  • You have 2-3 years CS experience working with executives at SMB and Enterprise businesses.
  • You have fluency in electricity markets, ideally with experience working with utility customers.
  • You have hands-on data analytics experience with tools like SQL, Python, or Snowflake.
