As a Technical Account Manager, you will be our customer’s main point of contact in growing their use of the product, helping them find new use cases and their liaison with support and engineering. Ultimately, you would be responsible for making sure they are a satisfied and happy Axonius customer.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will work closely with Senior Account Managers to support clients, leveraging operational and technical expertise to proactively anticipate, determine and recommend solutions to meet clients' needs and/or resolving issues surrounding the platform and products we offer. This position provides an excellent opportunity to become a Senior Account Manager in the future.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to Lightrun's customers, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business objectives, helping customers integrate Lightrun into their environments effectively. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.

This is a hands-on leadership role blending deep technical expertise with strategic execution to drive adoption, expansion, and retention among enterprise customers. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, scale & lead a high-performance team, and guide customers in instrumenting live applications.
