As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to Lightrun's customers, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business objectives, helping customers integrate Lightrun into their environments effectively. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.

This is a hands-on leadership role blending deep technical expertise with strategic execution to drive adoption, expansion, and retention among enterprise customers. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, scale & lead a high-performance team, and guide customers in instrumenting live applications.
