About the Role:
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale customer experience.
- You will ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on the platform.
- You will partner with an Account Executive (AE) who owns commercial outcomes.
Must-have Qualifications:
- 4–7 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS
- Experience managing mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate usage and outcomes into business value
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
- Experience in data engineering, data platforms, or developer tooling ecosystems
- Experience working in CS + AE partnership models
- Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or orchestration tools
