About the Role:

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale customer experience.
  • You will ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on the platform.
  • You will partner with an Account Executive (AE) who owns commercial outcomes.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS
  • Experience managing mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Strong analytical skills; able to translate usage and outcomes into business value

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

  • Experience in data engineering, data platforms, or developer tooling ecosystems
  • Experience working in CS + AE partnership models
  • Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or orchestration tools
