Senior Director, Operational Strategic Initiatives

About the Role:

• You will lead high-impact operational and technology transformations across Patient Access and Pre-Access functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with operational teams, technology providers, and vendors to redesign workflows and improve revenue cycle performance.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain successful execution.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, particularly Patient Access and Pre-Access.
• Proven ability to lead complex operational or technology implementations in an enterprise healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $117,400–$176,100, with compensation determined by factors like location and experience.
