Job Description
This role focuses on sales within the region, expanding the distribution network, managing distributor clients' accounts, and strategically evaluating opportunities to build a pipeline. The Sales Manager will identify key market drivers, help develop and implement an educational strategic plan, and build strategic alliances with key organizations within radiotherapy. Coordinating with company personnel, including clinical support, service, and marketing resources, to meet performance objectives and working closely with the regional Clinical Application Specialist to implement the Vision RT training program for all customers is also essential. The role requires a proven track record of successful sales in Medical Devices, self-motivation, goal-orientation, and strong presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM.
