Drive the early development phase of a new product. This role goes beyond writing code - it requires someone who is comfortable exploring different technical approaches, weighing trade-offs, and laying the foundation of a scalable architecture. If you’re a strong engineer with a strategic mindset, who enjoys building from scratch and shaping solutions rather than just implementing specs. Lead the technical design and development of a greenfield product, evaluate different tools and approaches, and make informed architecture and stack decisions. Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and designers, write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and JavaScript (React). Build scalable and secure solutions using AWS cloud services and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and maintain high code quality. Contribute to building the engineering culture and development processes from the ground up.
