Remote Artificial Lift Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform real-time surveillance of artificial lift systems, diagnosing equipment performance issues using live and trended data.
• Execute predefined alarm response actions, determine appropriate escalation paths, and make rapid, risk-based decisions regarding intervention.
• Prevent high-cost failures through early detection, reduce unnecessary field callouts, and maintain accurate documentation and shift handovers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-5 years of direct artificial lift or compressor operations experience with knowledge of ESP, Gas Lift, and compression systems.
• Confident use of SCADA platforms, remote control systems, and surveillance dashboards, with operational knowledge of XSPOC preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, understanding of safe operating envelopes, shutdown thresholds, and awareness of electrical hazards and emergency shutdown logic.

Work Arrangement & Compensation:

• This is a remote position with a work schedule of 14/14 days and nights alternating, and an assignment duration of 12 months+.
• Compensation is $48.00 per hour, with comprehensive insurance benefits including a 401(k) plan, PTO, and holidays.
