About the Role:
- The Counsel, International will report to the Managing Counsel, Corporate and International, and be responsible for supporting the UK business.
- This role sits at the intersection of life sciences, healthcare compliance, and marketing/consumer protection law.
- You will partner closely with marketing, product, medical, and compliance teams.
You Will:
- Provide legal advice on UK healthcare and life sciences regulations, including MHRA, CQC, and private healthcare frameworks.
- Review and approve marketing and advertising materials for healthcare products and services (digital, social, TV, print).
- Advise on compliance with ASA/CAP Code and BCAP Code, DMCC Act, and ABPI Code of Practice.
You Have:
- Qualified solicitor in the UK, Ireland, or another EU jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of legal experience P.Q.E (Post- Qualified Experience) - flexible depending on experience.
- Experience at a top law firm, in-house legal team, or regulatory body.
