Compliance Operations - ANZ

The Compliance Operations Analyst is responsible for preparing and submitting Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to AUSTRAC and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) in a timely and accurate manner. This role acts on escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 global compliance teams, ensuring all reports meet regulatory requirements and internal standards. Responsibilities include reviewing escalated cases, preparing detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, maintaining records, collaborating with global teams, supporting audits, and updating knowledge of AML/CTF regulations.
