Business Analyst - ESG and Sustainability

Serve as a Business Operations Specialist supporting enterprise-wide sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting efforts. This role bridges business operations and environmental compliance by enabling effective internal processes, supporting regulatory and customer-facing reporting, and improving sustainability data management. Collaborate across various departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of ESG data, while also helping to shape the processes and tools used to meet evolving regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include aligning on ESG reporting processes, developing SOPs, preparing ESG reports, maintaining communication channels, tracking project budgets, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
