(Senior) People Manager

This role involves managing core People processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring clarity, performance, and team experience. You will act as a Business Partner by building relationships, offering guidance on people decisions, and handling employee relations. You will translate business needs into people recommendations while considering fairness and compliance.

Additionally, this role involves contributing to the new Leadership Academy, promoting transparent communication, and leveraging AI tools to enhance output and decision quality. Focus is placed on leading People projects, guiding stakeholders, and using data-informed approaches. Also, the company provides a remote-first setup, learning budget and a company retreat!
