As a Customer Adoption Manager (CAM), your role combines the relationship-driven focus of a Customer Success Manager with the rigorous execution discipline of a Technical Project Manager. You will own the entire customer journey—from kickoff through full business-wide adoption—driving value realization and digital transformation for our builder partners.
Your responsibilities include building and running detailed project plans, driving strategic work-sessions, and activating internal specialists across Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure every department within our homebuilder customer wins with Higharc. You will also build phased project plans covering model implementation, ERP integration, and Procure rollout, as well as deliver Quarterly Business Reviews tying platform metrics to builder business outcomes.
Qualifications for this role include 5+ years in Customer Success and/or Project/Program Management within home-building tech, AEC software, or production homebuilder, and executive-level communication skills. Being highly organized and a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-growth, remote-first environment is crucial.
