Agile Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Product Backlog, serving as the voice of the customer on a Scrum team.
• Collaborate with product sponsors, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define features.
• Ensure the team delivers highest-value capabilities aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CSPO or PSPO certification required.
• Minimum 3 years on Scrum/Kanban teams and 1 year leading complex integrated projects.
• Superior communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.
