Job Description
The Advisor retains students from the point of enrollment to program completion and drives persistence through clinical or professional placements. The Advisor is responsible for providing outreach to students via multiple methods to support their successful completion of programmatic and placement requirements. Essential duties include outreach via phone, email, and text, responding to student inquiries, collaborating with Enrollment Advisors, documenting communication in CRM, and achieving retention and placement goals. They also conduct outreach around key progress markers and communicate with faculty.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience in student advising or customer service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential, along with a passion for helping students succeed. Flexibility to work independently and adapt to changing priorities is also important.
