Project Controls Analyst

As Project Controls Analyst, you will support project and financial success by tracking, analyzing, and managing essential data. This role requires advanced Excel skills, a data-driven approach to financial tracking, and the ability to recognize patterns, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues. Your responsibilities include supporting managers in maintaining project status, managing POs, tracking project line items, monitoring PO usage and preparing financial reports. You will also troubleshoot data discrepancies, track change orders and prepare cost and pricing templates and identify process improvements. The candidate should have 3+ years in a relevant role and experience with Quickbase. Adaptability and initiative are essential.
