About the Role:
- We are seeking a transformational VP of Engineering to lead the evolution of our technology organization.
- This role will own engineering execution and technology modernization across software, platform, AI, and enterprise systems.
- Reporting to the CDTO, you will drive engineering strategy and organizational transformation.
Key Qualifications:
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with deep technical foundations.
- 8+ years leading multi-team engineering organizations, including management of managers.
- Strong technical depth across distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering stacks.
What We Offer:
- Remote work with monthly travel to San Diego, New York, or Louisville.
- Base salary range $260k - $285k annually, plus short-term and long-term incentives.
