As a Guest Happiness Specialist at The Flex, you’ll be the heart and voice of our brand. Your mission is simple: make every guest feel cared for, supported, and happy throughout their stay.You’ll help guests with bookings, check-ins, and any questions they have — ensuring smooth, stress-free experiences from start to finish. Using our in-house PMS tools, you’ll manage requests efficiently and turn potential issues into memorable moments of hospitality.
Handle guest inquiries via chat, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism. Help guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS. Quickly resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and proactive communication. Keep guests informed every step of the way for a seamless experience. Collect and share guest insights to help improve our service quality. Recommend add-ons and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
