Marketing Program Manager

Enterprise Program Orchestration:

• Lead portfolio-level orchestration for complex digital programs spanning multiple teams and geographies.
• Manage all phases including initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
• Translate approved strategies into execution-ready programs, including scope framing, milestones, and budget management.

Governance:

• Own components of the digital operating rhythm including planning cadences and executive forums.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, ensuring initiatives meet readiness standards prior to launch.
• Standardize delivery models to improve predictability and quality at scale.

Dependency, Risk & Readiness Management:

• Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies across multiple departments.
• Surface risks early, frame tradeoffs clearly, and drive timely escalation and resolution.
• Ensure initiatives launch with clear ownership and post-launch accountability.
