Delivery Director - CEG Delivery Excellence

Responsibilities:

• Deliver transformational engagements to customers, helping them adopt the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure the engagement team delivers with excellence to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with executive sponsors of strategic customers.

Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and mentor Customer Outcomes Engagement Managers to achieve ServiceNow goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and embed robust processes.
• Implement strong governance to ensure all engagements are delivered according to plan.

Financial:

• Own the revenue and margin for the delivery business, providing accurate financial forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with delivery leads of key partners in the region.
• Support key sales activity in line with the Customer Outcomes strategy.
