- Sparring partner for Business Analysts, Architects and Consultants

- Experience in leading Software- or ServiceNow implementation projects
- Background as Consultant, Business Analyst or Architect
- Experience in consulting/service environment
- Sound understanding of SDLC, agile methods and complex IT programs
