Your Tasks:
- Analyzing existing IT and operational processes
- Leading workshops & requirement sessions
- Designing target architectures (ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Asset Management)
Your Focus:
- IT Operations Management (Discovery, Event Mgmt, Service Mapping)
- CMDB & CSDM Design
- Asset & Configuration Management
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience (≥ 3 years) in a consulting/service environment
- Experience in ServiceNow implementations or comparable platforms
- In-depth knowledge in at least one of the areas: ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Asset Management or platform architecture
