Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to engagement management staff for timely project delivery.
- Be the focal point for delivery questions from internal stakeholders or customers.
- Ensure adherence to the Global Services Delivery Framework and operational excellence.
People Management:
- Serve as a mentor to team members and provide leadership for new hires.
- Determine training and development requirements and produce training plans.
- Conduct performance reviews using KPI results continuously improve skills.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization.
- 10+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations.
- Proven ability to influence and consult successfully on IT Operations and Digital Transformations
