Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role:

• This role focuses on our Government and Sovereign Cloud environment, requiring a small team responsible for the full platform stack.
• You'll help define how reliability engineering works here by mapping systems, writing runbooks, setting baselines, and building practices.

What You'll Do:

• Get up to speed on the full platform through code, docs, and conversations, and build onboarding material.
• Design for high availability on Azure Government, define SLIs/SLOs, and run incident response.
• Close observability gaps, build automation, and participate in on-call rotations.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years in Software Engineering with 3+ years in SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with Government or Sovereign Cloud and regulated compliance environments (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL2/IL4/IL5).
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Go, Java, C#, or similar, and experience with IaC and CI/CD.
