Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a player/coach, working alongside Therapists and BHSSs to build skills and directly support members.
- Lead care teams to ensure member needs are assessed and progress toward goals.
- Coordinate caseloads, enroll new members, and ensure team meets KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral health, social work or healthcare management from an accredited university.
- Independent clinical behavioral health license in Washington (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- Experience leading programs and delivering outcomes, preferably with interdisciplinary care teams.
Skills Required:
- Management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Relationship management to develop and strengthen partnerships.
- Problem solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
