About the Role:
- You will lead a team of solution consultants and developers to drive product innovation.
- You will work closely with product management and clients to refine solution designs.
- You will own outcomes and ensure customer expectations are met for industry solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Support industry templates from planning to execution across all deployment stages.
- Engage customers to capture feedback and communicate it to product and engineering teams.
- Account for solution design, process flows, user stories, and data flow.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of supply chain software experience.
- Subject matter expertise in supply chain concepts and solutions like RapidResponse.
- Technical leadership in data integration, configuration, and deployment.
