Technical Presales Specialist

Role Overview:

• Responsible for architecting and demonstrating technical solutions for Lyric's enterprise AI platform
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to craft compelling technical narratives and demos
• Support sales team in complex enterprise deals with technical credibility and domain expertise

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demonstrations highlighting business value
• Partner with Account Executives to develop technical win strategies and overcome objections
• Create technical sales enablement materials and provide architectural guidance during implementations
• Stay current with supply chain technology trends to effectively position Lyric's technical differentiators

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software
• Strong background in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong presentation and demo skills for both technical and executive-level audiences
• Excellent project management skills handling multiple complex sales cycles
