What You'll Do:
- Own the health, maintenance, and enhancement of Reddit’s Workday integration portfolio and broader People technology ecosystem.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
- Deep experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and web services.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST and SOAP web services, authentication methods, and integration security.
