Key Responsibilities:
- Stand up end-to-end fiat ops: deposit/withdrawal processing, daily reconciliation, exception handling, and fraud monitoring.
- Implement risk-tiered payment access framework with dynamic controls and non-overrideable rules.
- Manage third-party payment provider relationships and oversee phased rollout of payment rails.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in financial services operations, with 3+ years in payments, fintech, or crypto.
- Proven experience managing fiat payment operations and fraud risk management.
- Deep knowledge of SA banking and payments ecosystem and regulatory frameworks.
