Technical Implementation Manager

Driving customer platform configurations (internal systems) for new customers, relaunching customers, upsells, and changes. Driving customer platform configuration QA process and supporting eligibility file setup for new customers. The role involves supporting eligibility file changes for existing customers and remediating census failures. Serving as the main technical resource for customers, the role includes creating and maintaining internal platform configuration and eligibility file process enablement documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored technical solutions and design scalable, automated processes. Building and maintaining platform configurations and eligibility file processing configurations is key, with a focus on launching customer projects on time and ensuring platform configurations are accurate. Customer satisfaction is measured via survey responses specific to technical implementation.
