Accounting Operations:
-Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting
-Manage company payroll with People Ops and oversee accounts payable operations
-Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings. Own annual 1099 filings.
Financial Reporting:
-Provide oversight across customer billing and accounts receivable
-Lead preparation and coordination for the year-end financial audit
-Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
Skills/Experience:
-5+ years of accounting experience in SaaS or tech
-Proficient in NetSuite and managing core accounting systems
-Experience with multi-state sales tax and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
