Senior Accounting Manager

Financial Statements & Compliance:

• Maintain and monitor progress against the close checklist.
• Lead the monthly close process.
• Develop/maintain policies and internal controls in support of GAAP compliance.

Technical Accounting Expertise:

• Own preparation of high-judgement and technical areas including revenue recognition, payroll, commission expense, and stock-based compensation.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact during our annual AICPA audit.
• Coordinate on the preparation of our ASC 740 tax provision as part of our year-end audit.

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Own the configuration, optimization, and integration of accounting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across close processes, systems automation, and accounting workflows.
• Partner with existing Accounting Manager on processes they own which impact the financials
