Job Description
Sprinto is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join the People Team. This individual will be embedded within the GTM organisation and be a true business partner to our revenue-generating teams. This business-facing role has high visibility, ownership, and a clear mandate: help Sprinto’s GTM org scale sustainably by enabling people's success. You will work closely with sales and CS leadership, people operations, and the founding team to shape the people strategy that fuels growth.
Key Responsibilities include being a trusted advisor to Sales and CS leaders, embedding Sprinto’s culture code, enabling performance, development, and internal growth, helping with rewards optimization, and monitoring key people metrics to drive organizational decisions.
The right candidate will have 5–8 years in HRBP or People Partner roles, preferably in high-growth B2B startups, hands-on experience supporting Sales or Customer Success orgs, and strong business orientation.
