• Serve as the primary legal advisor to Commercial and Medical Affairs, providing strategic counsel on pre-launch and launch activities.
• Lead legal review of promotional and medical materials, and advise on interactions with HCPs, payors, and government entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while supporting corporate legal matters and business development initiatives.

• Provide strategic legal counsel on market access, pricing, and reimbursement for pharmaceutical clients.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements including PBM, payer, GPO, and value-based contracts.
• Advise on regulatory compliance with Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and government pricing obligations.
