Role Overview:
- Serve as primary legal advisor to Commercial and Medical Affairs teams.
- Provide strategic counsel across pre-launch and launch activities.
- Balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead legal review of promotional and medical materials through PRC/MRC processes.
- Advise on interactions with HCPs, patients, payors, and government entities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor and patient support programs.
Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school with active U.S. state bar membership.
- 10+ years of legal experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of FDA advertising regulations and product launch commercialization.
