Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a wide variety of commercial contracts.

Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in contracts management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology.
