Chief Financial Officer

Code.org is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 12+ years of senior leadership experience to join our Executive Team and lead our financial strategy, planning, and operations. You will serve as Code.org’s chief architect of resourcing decisions ensuring every investment accelerates progress toward our 2030 goals. As a strategic partner to the CEO, you will drive org-wide financial and resource planning, optimize org performance, and champion innovation through AI-enabled operations. In this role you will lead org-wide FP&A, Manage and safeguard Code.org’s reserves, Provide transparent reporting to the Executive Team and Board, Partner with People & Culture on headcount and compensation planning, Drive enterprise modernization through automation and AI, Oversee all financial, legal, and compliance functions, and Lead and develop the Finance, Legal, Data Analytics, and AI Operations teams.
