What you'll do:
- Lead projects end to end, from design doc through rollout, collaborating with product managers, designers, and AI engineers.
- Own a subsystem such as document processing, workflow automation, or compliance rules.
- Ship AI agent capability into production and design REST APIs and webhooks.
What we need:
- 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience with strong SQL and distributed systems fundamentals.
- A track record of leading projects across several engineers and caring for correctness in multi-tenant systems.
- Clear written communication and comfort with ambiguity.
