Oversee numerous fiber network construction projects, ensuring they conform to RUS and TDS OSP standards, are completed on time and within budget, and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
Provide technical support for special projects, audit OSP projects for compliance, and manage human resources including performance assessments, coaching, and process improvement for deployment staff and consultants.
