• Manage TDS employees and/or consultants responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising outside plant field construction and splicing operations across multiple locations and states.
• Oversee numerous fiber network construction projects, ensuring they conform to RUS and TDS OSP standards, are completed on time and within budget, and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
• Provide technical support for special projects, audit OSP projects for compliance, and manage human resources including performance assessments, coaching, and process improvement for deployment staff and consultants.

• You’ll oversee all aspects of outside plant (OSP) construction, right-of-way management, and capacity optimization.
• Together with other teams, you’ll plan and prioritize network deployments and align infrastructure builds with capital budgets.
