Strategy & Pipeline Ownership:

  • Own the private sector field strategy, including event selection and account activation.
  • Partner with Sales to identify key personas and ICPs for targeted field activations.
  • Build a sales leadership cadence for account targeting, list pulls, and post-event measurement.

Sales Partnership:

  • Operate as an extension of the sales team, focusing on pipeline contribution.
  • Co-build OKRs with marketing and sales leadership, tying them to field-influenced pipeline.
  • Ensure sales reps are well-supported, recognizing their contributions at deal close.

Programs & Execution:

  • Plan and execute the private sector event calendar, including customer events and trade shows.
  • Own campaign execution, including landing pages, outreach copy, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage budget and vendor relationships across the private sector field portfolio.
