Job Description

As account management / customer success, part of our distribution team, your mission is to provide the best distribution services for independent labels and artists with passion, innovation, care, and transparency. You will work with a team of distribution & marketing partnerships to a network of indie artists and labels, ensuring customer success in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include setting guidelines, supporting the team, identifying improvements, managing services, defining KPIs, overseeing content monetization, collaborating cross-functionally, reinforcing client success, supervising business reviews, escalating feedback, educating clients, developing revenue, and selling services to meet client needs.
