Staff Product Manager

Docker is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead platform strategy across their core systems like Billing, Identity & Accounts, Data, and Infrastructure. This leader will ensure their platform enables product teams to efficiently deliver enterprise-grade products, combining technical product expertise with strategic vision. The role involves platform strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-platform product management to scale Docker's product portfolio efficiently. The Staff Product Manager will collaborate with executive leadership to align platform strategy with business growth and product expansion, create a platform roadmap, and work with product teams to identify platform enablement opportunities. They will own platform strategy across multiple domains, establish capabilities and APIs for product teams, and reduce friction while maintaining security and compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic advice to product teams on platform capabilities, translating product requirements into platform capabilities, and providing thought leadership on platform-dependent product development. Required qualifications include 8+ years of product management experience, platform and technical expertise, and strategic and business acumen.
