About the role:
- You'll be the sole people manager for an established team of 10 engineers building the LOS/CRM platform.
- The strategic mandate is to build agentic orchestration to automate repetitive steps of the refinance process.
- You'll report to the CTO and collaborate with other engineering managers.
What you'll do:
- Build and hold the team: hiring, coaching, performance, and career growth.
- Keep the codebase healthy and lead production health for your team's services.
- Guide secure SDLC and partner with Product, design, security, and data.
What we look for:
- Prior experience leading engineers who build and operate production applications.
- Experience guiding a team's shift to agentic engineering or adding AI for business value.
- Full-stack understanding of production software systems and collaborative leadership.
