- Drive delivery excellence across a portfolio of Salesforce HLS engagements, ensuring projects meet client business objectives.
- Partner with Executive Leadership to define practice priorities, organizational structure, and long-term growth strategy.
Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership:
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and digital health organizations.
- Serve as a senior advisor and escalation point for strategic client engagements.
- Partner with clients to align delivery outcomes to business goals and support account growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Talent Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Engagement Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Consultants.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development initiatives across the HLS practice.
